New in our water supply assortment

The mobile pressure reducing valve on a truck behind a passenger car was built as a standby truck for the purpose of connecting two water pressure zones in case of failures of the water supply network or as a substitute for a dry pipe, as well as in case of a water reservoir shutdown or other emergency situations.

The equipment on the trolley allows for pressure reduction and is also equipped with a central station and an ATS station to increase the pressure in the water supply network. The HUTIRA trolley concept has been designed to be simple to operate and maintain while offering a comprehensive supply of potable water for an indefinitely long period of time.

The trolley is a stand-alone device consisting of two independent branches with CLA-VAL pressure reducing valves in DN 100 and DN 50 profile – both PN 16 for supplying different sized appliances. The casing of the trolley is lockable, the valves operate autonomously, the flow and pressure data upstream and downstream of the pressure reducing valve are transmitted to the operator’s equipment. The pressure reducing valves are equipped with their own Francis microturbine PN 10 from CLA-VAL, which is used to power the electrical switchboard used to transmit data to the control room. Each branch is also equipped with a separate drain valve and automatic venting.

The trolley can stand on its own without supervision. At dusk and at night the trolley is illuminated by lights and beacons. The lights and beacons are powered by a car battery – minimum 10 hours. The HUTIRA trolley can be connected behind a car, the total weight of the trolley is up to 1200 kg.

In case of interest we can prepare a customized trolley according to your own requirements.
