HUTIRA supported the Auction for Nature 2024.

We were there when the auction was held for a good cause. At the 3rd annual Auction for Nature organized by Nadace Partnerství (Partnership Foundation), a fantastic amount was successfully raised. The auction was a great success, raising a total of 5,104,000 Czech crowns. The proceeds will contribute to the development of the “Sázíme budoucnost” (Planting the Future) initiative, aiming to plant ten million trees in the Czech Republic’s open landscape – one tree for each Czech man and woman.

Environmental protection is one of our key priorities as a company. We have been collaborating with Nadace Partnerství on various projects for a long time, and we highly appreciate their work in nature conservation. The Auction for Nature was a great opportunity for us to deepen this collaboration and actively contribute to an important cause.

One of the highlights of the Auction for Nature was the auction of 18 trees that will be planted in honor of 20th-century figures associated with themes of democracy, freedom, and nature. HUTIRA proudly participated in this auction and bid for a tree that will be planted in honor of Václav Havel.

“The tree we bid for is linked to our great figure, whom we all hold dearly in our hearts,” says Ivo Hutira, owner and director of the company. “Therefore, it conveys a greeting expressing the symbol of freedom that we strive to instill in the minds of children.”

Thank you to Nadace Partnerství for the excellent organization of the Auction for Nature and to all who participated in this event. We are convinced that our collective efforts will lead to the protection of our beautiful landscape for future generations!
