Universal coupling SUPERLOCK

The versatile SUPERLOCK coupling with the securing system GFIX ensures reliability. This multi-material coupling for potable water and neutral liquids, with an operating temperature of 0-70°C, offers a wide range of applications and facilitates work even in challenging conditions. A major advantage of our SUPERLOCK couplings is their large pipe size ranges.

SUPERLOCK coupling and its versatility

• Connects various materials: pipes made of PE, PVC, ductile iron, steel, asbestos cement, fiberglass, or other materials.
• Suitable for renovations and new constructions: With a wide range of DN 50 – 400 PN 10/16, it can handle all types of installations, from distribution of potable, utility, and wastewater to pumping stations. It is most commonly used in repairs of water supply systems.
• Easy installation even in limited space: With a maximum angle deviation of 8 degrees and easy manipulation with the coupling, installation is comfortable even in narrow excavation spaces and close proximity to utility networks.

SUPERLOCK coupling guarantees

• Joint tightness: O-rings contract around a circle created by the securing segment, which slides until adequately pressed against the pipe. This ensures 100% assurance against shifting.
• Corrosion resistance: The screws and washers are made of stainless steel A2, while the nuts are A4 with friction protection. Plastic covers protect the screw ends.
